Steps

• Run nmtui
• Select the connection and edit the connection
• Go to IPv4 Configuration and set Auto to Manual
• Hit Show and add following information

Address = 192.168.1.110 # what ever the address you want
Gateway = 192.168.1.1 # DNS server address

• Tick Require IPv4 addressing for this connection
• Hit Ok
